Gentlemen,

Council met last night and we have decided the following.

1. 3 men/or women are required at the LOS during a play for it to be eligible (instead of the 5)

2. Refs/Stat crew of the respective teams are required at the table 15min prior to their game, 1sec later and a mandatory P1000 will be deducted from your team bond along with a point deduction.

3. Women’s games will be shortened to 25min halves

4. Mercy Rule-game spread is greater than 30pts, clock will NOT Stop unless a timeout is used.

5. We ask all teams to send their most competent refs to the game; I will not hesitate on giving a player/team a penalty if I see that refs are incompetent.

6. BOOZE and Drugs are strictly prohibited on the grounds, if caught, parties involved will incur a 365 day suspension, and their respective teams will receive a 3pt deduction (which means a loss)

7. 5min before a game is about to finish, the next teams should be ready to run out onto the field, when clock stops teams shake hands and turnover their belts. Once ball is on field you will have 30 sec until clock starts ticking.

8. Ball will be set in the center of the field for kickoff, players are only permitted to adjust the ball, but under no circumstances are they permitted to move the tee.

9. Once ball is in place ref will blow whistle and clock will tick.

10. Teams may challenge a call(any team caught arguing with a ref, and no challenge is made, will be carded a yellow card and fined P500.00 from the team bond), if the call is found to be erroneous that new call will be made, if refs are correct then teams will be charged with a timeout. If no timeouts are available, loss of down and loss of 5yards will be charged to the team making a challenge.

Time is something we don’t have a lot of this season. So let’s keep it orderly and have some good clean fun.
