RULES

if you would like a copy of the rules please email me at hdradaza@yahoo.com so I can send it to you immediately.

Aside from these rules, Please be reminded of the following notes:

1) Field size - 100yards (so 80 yards field, two 10 yard endzones) by 53 1/3 yards (or 160 feet)
2) QB can run as many times he wants
3) There is downfield blocking at all times including Punt Returns and Kick Returns

4) Laterals are allowed during kickreturns, punt returns and regular scrimmage play.
5) Tight Ends are allowed but not necessary. Should there be a tight end(s), he must be in a regular tight end position, (1 yard to the side and a step back)
6) Defensive linemen may drop back for coverage.
7) There is a 5 yard bump and run zone where contact is allowed against the WRs;

8) Four downs to advance 20 yards.
9) Rushers (aside from defensive linemen) only have to be on the line of scrimmage to rush.

10) Penalties for flag guarding and stiff arm or holding penalize the gain if the offending party is the offense; yards added if the penalty is by the defense.

11) Think of it as an NFL game with NFL rules, but adjustments made for safety reasons (e.g, blocking only allowed from shoulder to waist, no blocking in the back). Otherwise, all rules of the game are as-is.
