superbowl field layout/sketch
Guys this is the same files I’m sending to Cebu holdings office.
Please remind your players to keep the place clean. And to park only on designated parking areas! Do not park on the main road “ Cardinal Rosales Street ” near the bank.
Do not throw footballs around the “home” and “away” tent areas as well since Ayala is wary of footballs getting out on the street. They required us to put safety nets but there is no way we can do that with the funds we have so I have asked if it’s just possible to move the field location 25meters further from the street to prevent balls flying on to the street, hopefully the added players at the tents can also prevent wayward balls from getting past them.
So please be responsible as I’m hoping we can use this field again in the future!

For Superbowl Saturday (june 9) all games except superbowls will run 25minute halftimes to ensure daylight. Should a game before the superbowl come close to the superbowl start times, that games official clock time shall be adjusted to give priority for the superbowl.
Due to daylight we have to start at exactly 8AM.
We must take into account that there will be increased game stoppage due to rules/ref calls etc since it is the playoffs so we must start on time!
Take note, we are requiring 8 REFS on the field.
Please be advised that there will be specific praking area for all vehicles in the field venue..

GAME VENUE TOMORROW IS MOVED TO ABELLANA..Camp Lapu-Lapu is not available...GAMES STILL CONTINUE TOMORROW, JUNE 2..Please be advise your players TO BE ON TIME, we are only reseved until 4pm at abellana so ALL GAMES WILL START ON TIME AND END ON TIME..
